If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within one hour of placing your order.  Cancellations beyond this timeframe will not be approved. 

If you would like to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.  Your return must be dropped off at a courier within 2 business days.  

Returns must be sent by either FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and must be insured.  Please mark the package/customs form as “returned item”.  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.   Additionally, any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.  

Returns are subject to approval and inspection.   Jewellery pieces must be returned in the condition they were received, or the return will not be processed.
